I hereby instruct and authorise SMEasy Business Software (Pty) Ltd to draw against my bank account (as specified) the amount necessary for the monthly payment due in respect of the subscription fees on the selected day of every month as stated above. All such withdrawals from my bank account by SMEasy Business Software (Pty) Ltd shall be treated as signed by myself personally.

I agree to pay any penalty bank charges relating to this debit order instruction.

This authority may be cancelled by me by giving thirty days notice in writing, which should be sent by email to [email protected]. I understand that I shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing to SMEasy Business Software (Pty) Ltd.

I hereby state that I am authorised to register this authorisation on behalf of this company and authorise SMEasy Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd to debit my account as stated above and accept the “Further Terms and Conditions”.
